Virtual Group Classes
Join me and other parents/caregivers for virtual group classes as we learn all about our babies and their development! These courses range to cover a variety of topics including physical development, feeding (breast, bottle, and transitions to solids), and connecting with your baby!

Be confident in your skills as a parent/caregiver knowing your information is from a pediatric Occupational Therapist (and mom of 2)!

​*These are not direct Occupational Therapy services and should not be used as a substitute for direct services. Class information will be provided in a generalized manner. If more specific information is needed, families should consider booking direct therapy sessions.
Developmental Group Class (0-3 months)
This virtual group class is designed for caregivers of babies with a developmental age of 0-3 months. We will learn about how to position and transition between each position, as well as appropriate activities to be doing with baby during this age!

Developmental Group Class (3-6 months)
This virtual group class is designed for caregivers of babies with a developmental age of 3-6 months. We will specifically be going over milestone areas including rolling (proper positioning and motivating), visual tracking, and fine motor.

Breastfeeding/Bottle feeding Basics
Join me and other caregivers as we go over common concerns for breastfeeding and bottle feeding. We review everything from positioning, latch, coordination of baby's suck/swallow/breathe, and more!
