Privacy Policy: Please note that all services are HIPAA compliant. All personal, identifying  information including name, DOB, location, diagnoses, family information, or images will remain confidential.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking receive a 100% refund, after 24 hours after booking AND before 24 hours of appointment receive 50% refund. Cancellations the day of an appointment will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling Policy: If you reschedule before 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, there is no fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment will require a $25 fee. Rescheduled appointments are based on availability and on a first come first serve basis.

No-Show Policy: If you are a no-show, you WILL NOT receive any refund. No-shows = not joining a virtual session within the given timeframe of specific service. If I am able to communicate with you to reschedule before deeming a no-show, a fee, specific to the service, will be applied.

Therapist Reschedule: If I need to reschedule, I will contact you via email or phone at least before 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If there is an emergency in which I reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be no rescheduling fee and you will receive an additional 15 minutes of session time.
