AABM single consult Terms and Policies: cancellations within 24 hours of booking for 100% refund, after 24 hours of booking AND before 24 hours of initial consult for a 50% refund. Cancelled plans within 24 hours WILL NOT receive a refund.

No-shows WILL NOT receive a refund. No-shows = you not joining the virtual session at least by 7 minutes into your scheduled appointment. I will attempt to contact you via email or phone at 5 minutes, and leave the virtual session at 7 minutes. If I am able to communicate with you, and you request a reschedule, you will be permitted; there is an additional charge of $40. Rescheduled appointments are based on availability.

To reschedule, you must contact me via email for a new time/date at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a fee. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of appointment will have a $25 fee.
